How does the pricing work?

Each plan has a fixed monthly price in EUR that includes a set number of business systems, data sources and Builders. If you need more, you add exactly what you need: €100 per business system, €20 per data source, €39 per Builder and €25 per AI user, all per month.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes! We offer a free trial so you can explore Enhanza and see how it works with your data before committing. No credit card required to get started.

What is the difference between a business system and a data source?

A business system is the underlying system we integrate with - such as your ERP, CRM, warehouse management system, or time reporting tool. A data source is a single connection to one of those systems, for example one company or entity in your ERP. So a group running three companies in the same ERP uses one business system and three data sources.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Absolutely! You can scale up or down based on your needs. On Standard and Professional you can add or remove business systems and data sources at any time, and your billing will adjust automatically. Connect has fixed limits, so growing beyond it means upgrading to Standard.

Is my data secure?

Managing other people's money or data is a huge responsibility that we take extremely seriously.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud - the same infrastructure trusted by companies like Spotify and The New York Times - and it is never shared with anyone outside your workspace.

If you choose to disconnect your company from our service, all of your company's data will be deleted.

Do you offer support during setup?

Yes! We provide world-class support to help you get set up successfully. Our team will guide you through the integration process and ensure you get maximum value from Enhanza.

Can I invite team members and clients?

Yes! Standard and Professional include unlimited viewers, so you can give as many people as you like access to your dashboards and insights. Builders create the reports, dashboards and insights: Standard includes 1 Builder and Professional includes 3, and you can add more for €39/month each.

What if I need more than what my plan includes?

No problem! On Standard and Professional you can add extra business systems, data sources, Builders and AI users. Additional business systems are €100/month each, additional data sources are €20/month each, additional Builders are €39/month each, and additional AI users are €25/month each. If you need more than that, get in touch and we will put together a custom setup.
